Communities

Parent community supporting neurodivergent kids with ADHD, ADD, or autism through shared learning, reflection, and connection.

Different ways of gathering.

Shared purpose.

Community at Peopling isn’t one thing.

It’s a set of structured spaces where people engage with shared ideas, reflect together, and grow their understanding over time.

How community shows up depends on how you’re supporting young people as a parent, educator, or mental health provider.

Parent Community (cohorts)

Learning and growing together.

Our parent cohorts bring together a small group of parents for a short, focused experience connected to Peopling’s foundational content.

Each cohort runs for three-to-four weeks, with one online gathering per week, alongside curated micro-courses and reflection prompts.

A typical cohort includes:

  • access to a foundational micro-course bundle

  • guided reflections to use between sessions

  • weekly live group gatherings (facilitated)

  • space to talk through real, day-to-day challenges

  • shared language you can carry back into daily life

This isn’t about fixing your child.

It’s about strengthening you, your relationships, and the environment around your family. Many parents leave with greater steadiness, clearer perspective, and a sense that they’re no longer carrying this alone.

Parent of neurodivergent kids with ADHD, ADD, or autism sets goals for self and the relationship with their neurodivergent child.

Educator & Mental Health Provider Community

Collaborative Learning for Educators & Providers
Flexible, role-aware professional learning.

Peopling is designed to support group learning in the settings where professionals already gather—schools, districts, practices, and organizations.

Grab-and-Go Professional Learning Bundles

In addition to solo DIY online learning that is specific to being an educator or provider, organizations can engage with Peopling through self-facilitated learning bundles that make professional learning flexible and easy to implement.

These bundles include:

  • seats for a selected micro-course series

  • participant guides for educators or providers

  • facilitator guides for professional learning gatherings

  • slide decks (can be adapted)

  • supplemental materials for structured professional learning sessions that provide in-roads to action

This approach supports meaningful professional learning without adding another program or rigid schedule.

Custom Engagements

Purpose-Built Expert-Led Engagements

For organizations looking for deeper or more sustained support, Peopling offers custom professional learning engagements facilitated by our independent subject matter experts.

These engagements are designed in collaboration with each organization and may include:

  • ongoing or blended professional learning experiences

  • in-house or site-based professional learning

  • facilitated study and application of Peopling micro-courses and guides

Because these engagements are purpose-built, scope, format, and facilitation are determined through a separate contracting process.

This approach allows learning to remain responsive, grounded, and aligned with the needs of each organization—without forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
