Pinch Points to Path Forward: Building Stronger Connections Inside & Out

What is Peopling.me?
Peopling is a learning and coaching community dedicated to navigating the joys and challenges of neurodiversity. We help individuals and families make sense of the constellation of emotions, relationships, and misunderstandings that shape daily life, especially when brains work differently.
Through group coaching, guided micro-courses, and monthly topics, we focus on life’s pinch points—those moments that can feel messy, emotional, or overwhelming. Our approach blends social psychology, the learning sciences, and lived experience to bring clarity, confidence, and connection.
Engineers of Informed Empathy
Our mission is to transform how people communicate and connect. Today, that means supporting parents, teens, siblings, and co-workers in embracing neurodivergence with understanding, resilience, and compassion—so stronger bonds can grow in every relationship.

Parenting Neurodivergent
Young People
At Peopling, we bring parents together with expert insights, practical tools, and a community that truly understands. So you can breathe again, and parent with confidence and possibility.
At Peopling, we understand the ups and downs of parenting — from the unique ways your child learns and expresses themselves to the moments that stretch your patience. We know these experiences can feel misunderstood, which is why we’re here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
This isn’t about changing who your child is. It’s about supporting you as you build calm, confidence, and deeper connection — and discovering the joy of growing together.
How Peopling Works
Parenting isn’t something you master from a textbook. It takes tools, practice, and people who get it. That’s why Peopling is built on three simple pillars:
Learn
Short, expert-led, asynchronous micro-courses that give you practical knowledge without jargon. Each one focuses on what matters most when raising neurodivergent kids.

Reflect
Guides and prompts that help you pause, notice your patterns, and make sense of your experiences. When you grow, your relationship with your child grows too.

What parents & caregivers have to say…
“I have shifted how I think of my role with my child and what I am responsible for. Before I felt more like I needed to fix things and make sure that she stayed on track, but over the course of the program I realized that I need to approach things differently, that I am not responsible for fixing my child, and that I don’t have to carry all of the burden of worry for what may happen if things go off course. I am here to support her, encourage her, and step in to help if/when she wants it.”
Amy, a Mom from Greater Chicago Area
“It was a foundation that felt really valuable to my experience, and it was applicable to how I want to parent.”
Heather, a Mom in Seattle
“I’ve read a lot of books and articles on neurodiversity, and this has been the first time I felt really connected to the material. The micro-units and community were excellent.”
Andrew, a Dad in Eastern Washington
